Description
The Blancpain LeBrassus "Quattro" is a limited edition of only 50 watches in platinum with perpetual calendar, split seconds and flyback chronograph and one minute tourbillon. Featuring a massive 42mm platinum case, this watch matches its heft with its horological bonafides. The Quattro is now sold out at Blancpain dealers. This watch is new with box and papers.
Case is oversized and solid platinum, with dimensions of 42mm diameter by 15mm thick. Sapphire front and display back crystals. Chronograph split seconds button is set into the crown.
Dial is silver/white with roman numerals. Top subdial displays month and leap year; 3 o’clock subdial displays date and 30 minute chronograph totalizer; tourbillon is visible through the dial cut-away at 6 o’clock; day and chronograph 12 hour totalizer are displayed in the 9 o’clock subdial.
Movement is the automatic winding (tourbillons are almost always manually winding) Blancpain Caliber 56F9U with 39 jewels, beating at 21,600vibrations per hour, with 432 individual parts.
