Description
Here is a practically unique vintage Patek Philippe wristwatch, which dates to the early to mid 1980s, with a rare rectangular shaped 18k gold case, and with Tiffany & Co. co-signed dial. I say practically unique because, well, when was the last time you saw another one? It's the first reference 3671 that we have seen in 10 years, and the only Tiffany signed 3671 that we've ever heard of.

The 18k yellow gold case is obviously Cartier Tank inspired. Featuring a sapphire crystal, the case measures 26mm wide by 33.1mm long by 4.5mm thin. Now that's thin!

The dial is white with printed roman numerals, rectangular minutes chapter and black baton style hands. The dial is signed "PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE" and "TIFFANY & CO". We guarantee the dial to be original. The dial is also very Tank inspired.

The movement is the ultra thin Patek Philippe manual winding caliber 177 with 18 jewels and adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions. The movement is double stamped with the Geneva Seal. Interestingly, this is the same Caliber that Patek chose to use in its skeletonized reference 3886, which is also a mid 1980s rarity.

The strap is a dark green shark skin Tiffany strap with gold plated Tiffany buckle.

This is an interesting, rare, very thin, and very Cartier "Tankish" Patek Philippe wristwatch that was obviously retailed by Tiffany & Co.. Condition is mint.
