Description
This is a beautiful watch. The Yachtmaster is often overshadowed by its more popular cousins: Submariner, Daytona, Explorer and GMT Master. However, ironically, the Yachtmaster is probably the most beautiful of all. This watch features original Rolex mother of pearl Serti dial with blue sapphires and diamond hour markers.
Case is stainless steel with solid 18k solid yellow gold bezel. The bezel is satin finished and has the numbers in the count-up timing bezel in relief. Case dimensions are 40mm diameter by 11.5mm thick. Oversized, solid 18k gold screw down TripLock crown and sapphire crystal. The Yachtmaster is water resistant to 100 meters.
Dial is really nice – silvery white Mother of Pearl with factory diamond and baguette blue sapphire hour markers and "YACHTMASTER" in red. Date window is at 3 o’clock with the Cyclops magnifying lens.
Movement is the automatic winding Rolex Caliber 3135 with 31 jewels and an approximate power reserve of 50 hours. This movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
Bracelet is steel and18k solid links Oyster bracelet with 12.5 links and will fit comfortably on an 8 inch wrist.
