Description
The Rolex GMT Master II is the archetypal GMT/second timezone watch. Rolex upgraded the GMT with a ceramic bezel and new, more robust case design in 2009. This watch is brand new, never worn, and complete with inner and outer boxes, GMT product booklet, hang tags, leather card holder and Rolex warranty card endorsed very late March 2010. Buying a brand new Rolex is akin to buying a brand new car. The "like new" or "gently pre-owned" alternatives are not as fulfilling as buying a brand new Rolex watch.
Case is stainless steel, with extra fat lugs, and 18k gold bezel with ceramic insert with gold color numbers and 18k Trip-Lock crown. The crystal is sapphire. The case is water resistant to 100 meters. Case measures 40mm diameter by 12mm thick.
Black dial with applied, large luminous hour markers and hands. The green 24 hour hand is independently settable from the 12 hour hand. The "GMT - MASTER II" text is printed in green.
Movement is the extremely robust and super accurate automatically winding Rolex Caliber 3186. The movement has 31 jewels, Parachrome Breguet balance spring, Micro Stella regulating screws, and is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
