Description
Here is a mint condition 100% original vintage Rolex Oyster Cosmograph Daytona chronograph with the desirable silver dial with red “Daytona”, screw down crown and chronograph pushers, and black bezel. They don’t get more classic than this watch.
Original stainless steel case is 37.5mm diameter by 13mm thick. Original crown and chronograph pushers work perfectly. Crystal is acrylic and perfectly clear. Original black bezel is very clean with Units per Hour scale from ‘50’ to ‘200’. Case is in mint condition and is very clean.
Original untouched silver dial has applied hour markers, sunken black subdials with guilloche, “Daytona” in red and original hands. The dial and hands are in perfect condition: mint+. The little splash of red makes a big difference in the dial.
Original manual winding Rolex Caliber 727 with 17 jewels and adjusted to 3 positions. This caliber features column wheel construction.
Serial number 4137XXX dates production to 1975. Inside case back is engraved ‘6263’. Movement is running fine.
Bracelet is the Rolex Oyster 78350 with 12 links and in mint+ condition.
