Description
The Ulysse Nardin Trilogy Set was a really big deal when it debuted in the late 1990s. Ludwig Oechslin is the designer of the set, and he is one of the living legends of our era, having collaborated with Ulysse Nardin for over a decade now. His ideas and designs have catapulted Ulysse Narin to the highest realm of horology, and the Trilogy set is what launched the firm's ascension into the heavens.
We are proud to offer the rarest and most desirable of these three watches; the Tellurium Johannes Kepler platinum of which only 99 pieces were produced!
Simply amazing. The blue enamel dial depicts the Earth as viewed from the North Pole. The enamel Earth rotates and the curved spring over the top of the enamel Earth shows where on the planet the sun is shining. This dial and its display also shows the time and place of sunrise and sunset, the moon's rotation around the Earth, eclipses of the sun and moon and also a perpetual calendar.
The large platinum case measures 43mm in diameter and features a bezel with alternating arabic and applied oversized roman numerals at each quarter hour position.
