Case on this reference 2545 is 18k gold with dimensions of 31.5mm diameter by 9.5mm thick. Crystal is domed. The case back is a massive, solid 18k gold, screw back to protect against moisture intrusion. The 18k gold hallmark next to the crown is crisp.
Original and untouched champagne color dial with applied golden hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial, embossed minutes chapter and original golden dauphine hands. Dial has some spotting consistent with its age.
Movement is the manual winding Patek Philippe Caliber 12-400 with 18 jewels and adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and in five positions. Movement is clean and running fine.
Watch is on new, modern black crocodile strap. Condition is very good.
