Description
These 18k Daytonas on straps are so good looking. Rolex uses an 18k deployant clasp on the brown crocodile strap.
Case is solid 18k gold with all of the Oyster trademarks: screw down 18k crown and 18k chronograph pushers, sapphire crystal, three piece case construction with massive 18k screwback. The 18k bezel has a “Units per Hour” scale ranging from ‘60’ to ‘400’. Measurements are 40mm diameter by 12.3mm thick.
Dial is white with gold applied arabic numerals, gold subdial registers, golden baton hands with luminous, 30 minute and 12 hour chronograph registers and “DAYTONA” in red.
Movement is the Rolex automatic winding Caliber 4130. Rolex designed and built this caliber as the best chronograph movement that could be manufactured. They concentrated on technical excellence (long lubrication life, long service intervals and minimizing friction), timekeeping excellence (C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer) and serviceability (the watchmakers can service and/or repair the caliber easily).
Strap is brown Rolex crocodile with 18k Rolex deployant clasp.
