I personally believe that the Rolex Datejust is the perfect daily watch. It is water resistant to 100 meters, meaning you can wear it for any and every activity without concern for its safety. It is perfectly sized at 36mm diameter - neither too big nor too small. It is classically styled and very handsome. It is reasonably priced and will literally last for several generations if you service it every 7 years or so. It's also a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer, which means it will keep great time. Lastly, it's a Rolex which reveals that you have style, taste and are successful.
Because the Datejust is available with so many different dials, there is a Datejust for everyone. This particular watch features the blue dial with concentric rings and applied arabic numerals. Date is displayed at 3 o’clock. Date alternates between black and red numbers. This is a very unusual and attractive dial.
Case is stainless steel with great looking smooth steel bezel. This is a 36mm diameter case. Crystal is sapphire. Crown screws down for protection from water instrusion.
Bracelet is a full length Oyster with folding clasp.
Movement is the super durable and accurate Rolex Caliber 3135 with automatic winding, free-sprung Breguet balance system with microstella regulating screws. Once again, this movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
