Description
The Thunderbird Datejust, meaning the bezel is an engine-turned count-up timing bezel that rotates, is the most collectable vintage Datejust. This 18k gold and stainless steel piece is in mint condition. The original 18k bezel is in mint condition and has crisp serrations and arabic numerals in relief.
Original case measures 35.5mm in diameter by 12.2mm thick. Screw down crown operates perfectly. Clean original acrylic crystal.
Original champagne pie pan dial has applied golden hour markers, original golden baton hands and date display at 3 o’clock. Dial is in near mint to mint condition.
Original automatic winding Rolex Caliber 1560 movement with 25 jewels and adjusted to five positions and temperature. This movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer. Movement is clean and running.
Strap is new brown leather with steel Rolex buckle.
