Description
The Thunderbird Datejust, meaning the bezel is an engine-turned count-up timing bezel that rotates, is the most collectable vintage Datejust. This 18k gold and stainless steel piece is in very good condition with original everything including the full-length gold and steel Jubilee bracelet. The original 18k bezel is in mint condition and has crisp serrations and arabic numerals in relief.
Original case measures 35.5mm in diameter by 12.2mm thick. Screw down crown operates perfectly. Bezel turns as it should. Clean original acrylic crystal.
Original silver pie pan dial has applied golden hour markers, original golden baton hands and date display at 3 o’clock. Dial is in very good condition.
Original automatic winding Rolex Caliber 1570 movement with 26 jewels and adjusted to five positions and temperature. This movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer. Movement is clean and running.
