Description
The Patek Philippe reference 5034 features a classic Calatrava look. From the hobnail bezel to the traditional white dial with printed arabic numerals and minutes chapter to the 34mm case diameter, the Travel Time reference 5034 is a Calatrava through and through.
The way the dual timezone function works is via the two hour hands. The black minute and hours hands display local time, while the gold hour hand tracks hometime. The subdial beneath 12 o’clock serves as an AM/PM indicator for hometime (which is why its hand is gold like the hometime hour hand).
Case is polished 18k yellow gold with dimensions of 34mm diameter by 8mm thick. Crown and time adjustment buttons (on left side of case) are knurled and complement the hobnail bezel. Solid caseback and sapphire crystal ensure that this watch is water resistant to 25 meters.
Movement is the manual winding Patek Philippe Caliber 215 PS FUS with 18 jewels, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and with a power reserve of 44 hours. Movement is stamped with the Geneva Seal.
Strap is a black Patek Philippe crocodile with 18k yellow gold Patek tang buckle.
Watch is in 99% new condition and will be delivered with Patek Philippe box and papers.
