Description
Girard Perregaux makes a really nice watch. The Laureato EVO 3 features a large case with octagonal bezel. This watch is a limited edition of 249 pieces and features a titanium case and special, very colorful carbon fiber dial. Condition is like new with perfect condition original Girard Perregaux brown crocodile strap with titanium GP deployment clasp.

Girard Perregaux had the license to make Ferrari watches in the 1990s and early 2000s. They did not squander the opportunity. This Ferrari Laureato EVO 3 F2004 limited edition automatic chronograph is a rare and highly sought after watch.

Titanium case is massive but with very smooth flowing lines. Case dimensions are 48.5mm long by 43.5mm diameter by 15.5mm thick. Sapphire crystals up front and in the display back. Crown is screw down as are the chronograph pushers. Display crystal has rearing Ferrari horse in yellow insignia with “Manufacture pour Ferrari” with the dates ‘1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004’ in which Ferrari was the F1 World Champion. Case is water resistant to 50 meters.

Carbon fiber dial (black and grey checkerboard pattern) with luminous hour markers and huge luminous hands. There are two chronograph hands mounted on the center pinion: for seconds and also minutes. The chronograph minutes hand has a red arrow tip while the seconds hand is yellow. Actually, reading the chronograph elapsed minutes on the center pinion like this is much more legible than in a subdial. Speaking of subdials, these are colorful. The 9 o’clock subdial, which displays 24 hour time, is red, green, yellow and blue! Outer tachymeter scale is yellow.

Movement is the automatic winding Girard Perregaux Caliber GP 33CO-AOVAA with 52 jewels and beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour.

This limited edition chronograph will be delivered with its special collector’s edition red box with F2004 plaque. Watch is 99% new.
