OMEGA CONSTELLATION AUTOMATIC 18K

Here is a very rare wristwatch, not only because the model is rare but also because the watch is in new old stock condition, from 1972, with original box and papers and hang tag. Omega’s model number for this watch is 153.0035 and we are comfortable remarking that you will not find another example of this watch anywhere, ever.

Original solid 18k gold case has a rectangular shape with angular corners, and retains its original uncompromised factory finish which is brush finished throughout with the exception of the top of the bezel which is mirror finished. The sides of the case retain their sharp factory edges. Original crown is recessed. Sapphire crystal. Dimensions are 42.7mm long by 30.5mm wide by 6.6mm thin. Considering this is an automatic watch, the case depth is remarkably thin.

Original gold dial with radial sunburst brush finish, applied hour markers and original gold painted black baton hands.

Original automatic winding Omega Caliber 712, which is an astonishing 3mm thick/thin. Movement is copper color with 24 jewels and self-compensating balance spring. Movement is clean and running.

Strap is the original black Omega lizard skin with the coolest watch buckle you’ve ever seen in excellent condition.

Watch is accompanied by original papers, hangtag and box.
