Here is one of, if not the, most popular Patek Philippe Calatravas of all: the reference 3919 in 18k yellow gold. What could be more classic? Yellow gold with hobnail bezel, white dial with roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, on a black crocodile strap?
I haven’t even gotten to the fact that the dial is co-signed Tiffany & Co. which means that Tiffany was the authorized dealer that original retailed this watch. The co-signed dial increases this watch’s collectability considerably.
Case is 18k yellow gold with dimensions of 33.5mm diameter by 7.5mm thick. Bezel is the classic Hobnail style. Sapphire crystal and solid caseback.
