Description
Here is a very rare 1980’s Patek Philippe Calatrava in solid 18k gold with original open-work lattice 18k gold bracelet. Actually, Patek made 30 of these watches as a one-off limited-edition model for Fininvest Holdings of Milan, Italy with that firm’s logo on the dial. This watch and only a handful of other 3821/1s were ever produced.
The solid gold case has an articulated and stepped bezel, whose pattern is repeated throughout the bracelet. This is an ultra-thin watch with screw back and sapphire crystal. Size is 34mm diameter by an astonishingthly thin 5.2mm thickness (thinness!).
Dial is white with classical black roman numerals and black baton hands.
Movement is the manual winding Patek Philippe Caliber 177 with 18 jewels, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and in 5 positions.
Bracelet is original unique to this watch and will fit up to a 7.25 inch wrist.
