Description
It is for watches like this one, that Franck Muller got the moniker "Master of Complications". This is a beautiful watch, made so much more desirable for its tourbillon complication. The 18kt 5850 series gold case measures 33mm wide by 44mm long by 11.5mm thick. Muller's tonneau case is perfect in its proportions and case lines. Case is ergonomically curved for comfort and has sapphire front and display back crystals.
Dial is silver with fine guilloche and large arabic numerals. Blued sword hands. There is a blued seconds hand attached to the tourbillon cage and a seconds chapter at the edge of the cut-away.
Movement is extra-special, hand-decorated manually winding Franck Muller tourbillon Caliber TFM 96 with 19 jewels and adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and in 5 positions. Engraved on the movement, from top to bottom:
