You won’t find a watch with more vintage charm than this one, that’s for sure. Dial is signed TIFFANY & CO while the inside of the case is signed PATEK PHILIPPE & CO with the requisite hallmarks and case number.
Case is solid 18k gold, rectangular shaped with thin lugs and ergonomically curved. The case is hinged as opposed to the later styles having a snap back or back secured with screws. Curved acrylic crystal. Crown is the original onion style. Case back has personalized engraving. Case length is 41mm including the lugs by 23.6mm wide by 6.5mm thick.
Original untouched silver dial with applied golden Breguet numerals and original golden spade style hands. Outer minutes track. Dial is signed TIFFANY & CO SWITZERLAND.
Original movement is signed PATEK, PHILIPPE & CO GENEVA SWITZERLAND and there is text that indicates the movement has 18 jewels and has 8 adjustments. Movement is clean and running.
The movement number dates this watch to 1910-1913… over 100 years old. It’s a truly remarkable wristwatch!
