Description
Rolex’s Cosmograph Daytona is the Alpha and the Omega in the chronograph department.
Original solid 18k gold Oyster case measures 37.5mm diameter by 12.8mm thick. Crystal is plastic. Original screw down crown and round pump style chronograph pushers are all working perfectly. Case shows light wear but no metal erosion from having been polished.
Serial number 3310XXX dates production to 1972.
Original untouched champagne dial has contrasting black color subdials, applied golden hour markers, and original hands. Condition is mint.
Original Rolex manual winding Caliber 727 with C.O.S.C. Chronometer certification, as witnessed on the dial. Movement has 17 jewels, is adjusted to 3 positions, and has column wheel construction. Movement is clean and running.
Rolex 18k riveted Oyster bracelet in mint condition.
