I don’t think it is possible for a Rolex to be more fun than this jeweled version of Rolex’s venerable GMT Master II in 18k. The GMT Master II 116758 SARU is outfitted with 76 diamonds on the case, and 23 diamonds, 18 sapphires and 18 rubies on the bezel. To up the ante from the normal SARU models, which are already outstanding, the watch also has factory pave diamond dial and pave diamond bracelet links.
18k case is 40mm diameter by 12.3mm thick with sapphire crystal and screw down crown. The lugs and crown guards are diamond set. It truly is gorgeous!
