Description
Here is, in my opinion, the most classic and most versatile Rolex ever: the Datejust in stainless steel with 18k white gold bezel. This particular Datejust is extremely rare thanks to its original, untouched and pristine black gilt gloss dial. The watch is also accompanied by Rolex box and original papers. Lastly, the case is never polished.
Black dials on vintage Datejust watches are rare to begin with; a gilt gloss black dial in pristine condition is a needle in a haystack – a big haystack. It’s just beautiful.
Original Unpolished stainless steel case is 36mm diameter. Bezel is 18k white gold and very crisp and mint. Plastic crystal. Screw down crown operating perfectly.
Rolex automatic winding Caliber 1570 which is a 26 jewel C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer. Movement is clean and running.
Vintage folded link Rolex Jubilee in clean condition with folding clasp.
