This watch is the debut from 2017 combining a ceramic black bezel, white gold case (or gray gold as the industry calls it), a steel sunburst dial and the incredibly comfortable Rolex Oysterflex strap.
Solid 18k white gold case measures 40mm in diameter and is approx 12.3 mm thick. Conforming end links and tapered lugs allow the Oysterflex strap to move with ease and comfort. Screw down chrono pushers allow you to enjoy the watches 100 meter water resistance. Additionally, the Oysterflex strap allows for aeration on a hot day and is with an 18k white gold fold over clasp. As previously mentioned, the bezel is black ceramic and is platinum filled making the Tachymeter scale beautiful and very legible.
The dial is a beautiful steel dial with a sunburst grain. Hand applied white gold hour markers that are luminescent and match the white gold hour and minute hands. Sunken subdial registers with the counter seconds at the 6 o’clock followed by the 30 minute and 12 hour registers at the 3 and 9 o’clock.
Movement for this watch is the Rolex Automatic Caliber 4130 with 44 jewels and a 72-hour power reserve. This movement features a free sprung balance with full balance bridge.
