Description
Here is a vintage Tudor Submariner from 1973 with Snowflake hands, 39mm stainless steel Rolex Oyster case (signed on the case back “ORIGINAL OYSTER CASE BY ROLEX GENEVA”) on beautiful black bund style strap. This is basically the Tudor version of the Rolex 1680 Submariner.
Original Rolex made and signed steel case is in mint condition with top hat style plastic crystal and Rolex Triplock crown which is working fine. Being a dive watch, when properly sealed and pressure tested by a watchmaker, case is water resistant to 200 meters.
Original meters-first black dial with original tritium hour markers, original hands with patina and date at 3 o’clock. Dial text reads: “TUDOR PRINCE OYSTERDATE 200m = 660 ft SUBMARINER”.
Original automatic winding Tudor movement with 25 jewels which is clean and running.
